Your question is Off Topic, since its not a problem with FreeBSD
itself. If you already got VirtualBox running on FreeBSD, you only
need to tell VirtualBox which is your iso file, from where it will
boot the CentOS installer, beign this the netinstall ISO you must be
sure your VirtualBox VM has a NAT or Bridged NIC, inorder to the
installer can reach the Internet.

Beyond that you should read CentOS install documentation and when in
doubt ask in the CentOS support channels.
