There is at least one port, but I'm not sure it is actively
maintained: http://www.marcuscom.com:8080/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/ports/x11/gnome3/
Besides, I believe that having or not having Gnome3 on *BSD is more a
political issue (being Gnome tied to Linux) and to have developers to
test and maintain the port.
