I have problem with 'talk' program in FreeBSD.

When we use talk with another OS (e.g. Linux), our talk partner will see
non-terminating-line messages :

hello^Mhow are you?^M

The normal output should like this :

hello
how are you?

How to fix this ?

Thanks,
tnz :)
