Just grab the ssys.* distribution from the /dists/src directory on the
CDROM or from ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/2.1.5-RELEASE/src/ssys.*.

cd /usr and run `tar xzf ssys.*`.  (double check the path with tar tzf
ssys.*; the sources should end up in /usr/src/sys.)
