2.1.5 doesn't have a root.flp.  The documentation is unfortuately out of
date on the installation.  :(

That won't be enough.  You need more like 100MB for a reasonable
installation.

Try using the 'A'uto key in the disklabel editor to spit out some
calculated defaults.  If it's not enough the editor will comment that it
can't calculate for something that small.

FreeBSD doesn't recognize the so-called "upper memory area", so that area
won't come back no matter what you do.
