I tried tftp from a cisco router a while ago. I found in the man-pages
somewhere that tftpd will not allow creation of files, so to transfer a
file to the server, you must overwrite an existing one. Even if you allow
write permission on the directory, the server will not allow file
creation, but it will allow overwriting.
