In my case it was because I had two versions of llvm installed as it had been upgraded but the old version wasn't deleted, and the X server was linking to both of them for some reason. Try pkg info -x llvm and see if that's the case for you. For me, simply using pkg delete on the older version fixed the problem. -- By June 1949, people had begun to realize that it was not so easy to get a program right as had at one time appeared.
