issues.

I was having similar issues that others were describing here, in my case
11.0-RELEASE on arm:  I would enable ipfw and begin adding some firewall ru=
les,
and I'd start to lose SIP registration on my IP phones, had unexpected dela=
ys
and stalls in interactive ssh sessions, etc.  Initially I thought it was an
ipfw bug, but then tried pf, and found similar behavior.
