Hello.

In `man pkg-upgrade`, I read that "pkg upgrade tries to upgrade
dependencies of packages matched".

However, I have tried to upgrade a single package and only some of its
direct run dependencies were upgraded; others were left untouched.

How does this work? How is pkg discriminating what to update and what not?

  bye & Thanks
	av.
