FWIW, I just tried this from Windows 10 Pro (Version 1803 OS Build
17134.441) to FreeBSD-12.1 and FreeBSD 13-CURRENT, and I'm NOT seeing
the issue (actually I was able to copy a 2GB file), so apparently it's
not windows nfs client limitation.
