(1) *You* don't do direct repository operations. It should have been in the starter kit you received when you became a CVS committer. Only Peter, JDP (the CVS managers) and me (as a deputy in charge of the ports collection) can do direct repository operations. (2) CVS doesn't allow us to "move" files. The stuff you've recently seen in x11-* are actually copies and cvs removes. And you can't copy a repository file over an existing file either. (3) Since there is not much history on mico-latest, I recommend you just commit it over mico and cvs remove mico-latest.
