Rerunning the command results in the next port being rebuilt followed by the same message. I don't code Ruby but I am a developer so would be perfectly comfortable doing something like: print "pkgname is " pkgname prior to the match. The portupgrade package can be either from ports-mgmt/portupgrade or ports-mgmt/portupgrade-devel - doesn't matter, seems Ruby coughs on either one. System Details follow - please reply if I can provide any additional information to help diagnose the issue. -- Greg ---------------------------------- CUT HERE ----------------------------- b2# uname -a FreeBSD b2.netpublishing.com 6.4-RELEASE-p11 FreeBSD 6.4-RELEASE-p11 #0: Wed Mar 7 19:33:54 PST 2012 root@b2.netpublishing.com:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/B2 amd64 b2# dmesg Copyright (c) 1992-2008 The FreeBSD Project.
