 This PR can now be closed:
 
 The problem was that the configure script failed to detect the condition
 where the DES libraries wasn't installed when attempting to determin if it
 should enable the KERBEROS V4 sasl plugin.
 
 This problem has been fixed in cyrus-sasl-1.5.15.  PR 16130 was submitted to
 upgrade the Cyrus-SASL port.
