I used "/etc/rc.isdn stop" to completely close the connection, i.e. to kill isdnd and to remove the default route and isppp0 (ifconfig isppp0 ... delete). This is for testing i4b at the moment, so I can use still my router. Perhaps this is just the reason for this message in "/var/log/messages": [...] May 23 12:19:47 asterix su: stefan to root on /dev/ttyp0 May 23 12:19:59 asterix /kernel: isppp0: lcp close(opened) May 23 12:19:59 asterix /kernel: isppp0: phase terminate May 23 12:19:59 asterix /kernel: isppp0: ipcp down(opened) May 23 12:19:59 asterix /kernel: isppp0: ipcp close(starting) May 23 12:19:59 asterix /kernel: isppp0: lcp output May 23 12:19:59 asterix /kernel: isppp0: lcp input(closing): May 23 12:19:59 asterix /kernel: isppp0: phase dead May 23 12:19:59 asterix /kernel: i4b-L3-next_l3state: FSM illegal state, state = ST_U11 - Disc Req, event = EV_DISCRQ - L4 DISC REQ!
