As long as it is clearly documented as broken (which I told Alfred) I don't have a problem with it... which is commented in both the source, and the hopefully soon to come man pages for it.... If you're so worried about performance that you enable this, then you know what you're getting into... I just hope that we don't ever convert our ports to use this feature by default...
