Nobody really seemed to react to my proof of concept, but I actually think it seems to work OK. It's still online at: http://people.freebsd.org/~simon/search/ I hope to polish this off, but I have been a but busy... Since I haven't heard anyone say no, I'm seriously considering just commiting this with "No objections: doc" when I get a chance to clean it up... so, speak up now if you have strong objections to this (and if you do, say what we should do instead). -- Simon L.
