Its just a warning from the kernel (which IMHO shouldn't be there). The reason is that "normal" ATA controllers has port space there and the = generic part of ATA probes it as part of the generic probe code. Later=20 in the probe where ATA knows it deals with a Promise chip it also knows=20 how to use that resource as memory space. --=20 -S=F8ren
