Is there any philosophy to install X11R6 on a FreeBSD 4.5? There are 3 sources: . 4.5-RELEASE/XF86336, old Xfree86 3.3.6; . XFree86*4.1.0*.tgz ( from packages-4.5-release/x11 ); . the distribution from ftp.xfree86.org (now 4.1.2). Is there any preferred order and choice to get a good installation, relatively to all packages and dependencies? -- Jacques Beigbeder | Jacques.Beigbeder@ens.fr Service de Prestations Informatiques | http://www.spi.ens.fr Ecole normale supérieure | 45 rue d'Ulm |Tel : (+33 1)1 44 32 37 96 F75230 Paris cedex 05 |Fax : (+33 1)1 44 32 20 75 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
