'-' means not granted. Not needed is an unset flag status Speaking with the Bugmeister hat on, we are aware of the fact, that Bugzilla uses a suboptimal shortcut approach to flags. Improvements for our Bugzilla system are currently being worked on (coming with a later update) and were already made available to the upstream developers. Cheers Marcus
