	This is a digital circuit simulation program. 

	It needs the xview-lib to run and the mocka modula-2 compiler
	to build.  The mocka port is not yet committed :-(.
	(ports/3815).
	 
	There is no master site for the distfile, so I've put both
	the port and the distfile on
	//ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/incoming/.  The port is
	de.spinne-1.0.0-port.tar.gz and the distfile is
	de.spinne-1.0.0.tar.gz. The distfile is supposed to be put
	on ${MASTER_FILE_LOCAL}.

	The language of spinne is currently German. That's what the "de."
	prefix is supposed to signal.

	Thanks in advance for committing these ports.
