$Id$ is about to be turned off shortly and all the -ko stuff will be reset
so we can add $FreeBSD$ to touched files in src/contrib and it will work
but the old $Id$ lines will be preserved.  This is a repo-wide setting and
happens in all branches on all trees, so we need to prepare in advance.
