I've recompiled all the kde without ccache and CFLAGS, i've even rebuilt 
kdepim with CPUTYPE=i686, nothing changed
(kmail, kdevelop and some other application still craches with 
libc.so.6, but works with libc.so.5)

Any other help would be very appreciated.
