(sa0:aha0:0:6:0): READ(06). CDB: 8 0 0 80 0 0 (sa0:aha0:0:6:0): error code 0 (sa0:aha0:0:6:0): tape is now frozen- use an OFFLINE, REWIND or MTEOM command to clear this state. I'm trying to do a restore to recover files that I backed up with 4.0-STABLE using dump. I blew the system away (after doing the backup) and installed 4.1-RELEASE.
