The configure script looking for the wrong library name (libtcl8.0.so vs. libctl80.so.1.2). Plus it requires Tix, whichi is provided on the xcdroast homepage. I could hack up a port for it pretty easily. You can also call cdrecord yourself, it's easier than it sounds.
