It run for 8 long hours and it still hasn't install a thing. Although when I do: make clean in /usr/ports/net/cvsup/cvsup-withot-gui i get output showing that it is clearning something (not getting message saying "it's not installed, skipping." So forget cvsup. locate command won't work so there is no way to know where the precompiled cvsup is. although the hand book says that it's there. anyway, i am going through all this toruble just because I can't install mod_php4. I figure my cvs tree is old but it doesn't seems that way (downloaded the whole thing and unpacked it in ports dir). This is what I get. it's having hard time patching. What does the error message mean and how can I fix it? /usr/bin/tar: gettext-0.12.1/gettext-tools/tests: time stamp May 22 14:35 2003 is 11935751 s in the future /usr/bin/tar: gettext-0.12.1/gettext-tools: time stamp May 22 14:35 2003 is 11935744 s in the future /usr/bin/tar: gettext-0.12.1: time stamp May 22 14:35 2003 is 11935715 s in the future ===> Patching for gettext-0.12.1 ===> Applying FreeBSD patches for gettext-0.12.1 1 out of 1 hunks failed--saving rejects to Makefile.in.rej >> Patch patch-Makefile.in failed to apply cleanly. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/devel/gettext. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/devel/bison. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/www/mod_php4. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/www/mod_php4. #
