There is an iso on ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/ISO-IMAGES/ for 4.1-release that you can burn as an image to a CDR. Otherwise, you have all of those little files to download. If you use ftp, specify binary, turn off the prompt, and do an "mget *" it doesn't take too long. Since it is only 2128, your computer's clock must be advanced an hour.
