At starting time the kernel finds the CRW drive (see first attachment). I include the "device worm0 at scbus?" on my config file (see secound attachment) and make a sh MAKEDEV worm in the /dev directory. When i want to mount the CRW drive i got the message device not configured. Next i installed the 3.0-Release of FreeBSD with CAM. At starting time the kernel finds the CRW drive. But i am not able to create the "cd1" device in /dev directory. If i start the command "sh MAKEDEV cd1" noting happens. So i have the following questions: - for the older FreeBSD systems without CAM support. In which way i have to change the config file of the kernel, that i get the worm device. Is it possible to give me all steps to install my CRW drive? - for the 3.0-Release system with CAM support. Which steps i have to do to install the CRW drive?
