I got patches from someone on this list that worked for me (4.2-STABLE and XF 4.0.2) with G400. Unfortunately I'm not sure about the origin of these patches, otherwise I would have put them next to the 4.0.1 instructions, if that would be possible. Drop me a mail if you want to try it out.
