I couldn't understand what he said in this e-mail, so I asked him
in a private e-mail about it. He answered me very kindly and
he had just misunderstand me :)

o first I propose repcopy request for lang/ifc -> lang/ifc7
o remove lang/ifc8
o finally commit new ifc version 8 port over lang ifc.
