Because it installs print/tex. *Almost* all other ports that use tex use teTeX. print/latex and print/tex destroy a teTeX installation, necessitating uninstalling all TeX-related stuff and reinstalling it all. >In any case, new update attached with latex dependency changed to a >tex dependency. And the tex dependency is why I don't want a latex dependency. print/teTeX includes all of tex/latex/texinfo. Port still cannot be safely installed on most systems. Please, can you make it a teTeX dependency?
