I finally got it back up and running, but am still having the same problem, which is I can't get sound to work. I am loading FreeBSD 4.4 on my Toshiba Satellite 2250XCDS which I have used for many different flavors of Linux, but this is my first encounter with BSD. If someone out there could help me It would be greatly appreciated. The error I receive is: /dev/dsp cannot be started (Device not configured) Rob Anderson unixchf@adelphia.net To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
