signal-desktop 7.5.0_1 did build and update from 7.5.0 with only this
breakage:

yarn install --ignore-optional --offline || false
Can't get files in offline more.

I rebuilt yarn and received this: yarn install --ignore-optional
--offline || true and signal-desktop upgraded successfully.
