She will be needing an ISP, and as a minor with no possibility to work, her spending will be limited. Anyone here run/work for a reliable (i.e.: FreeBSD based, for example :-) ISP that is not too expensive and with PoPs in that area (Area code: 920). Thanks for _any_ pointers.
