We've got a stdint.h in 5.x.  It declares the C99 fixed with ints
(int32_t, uint32_t, int_least32_t, uint_least32_t, int_fast32_t,
uint_fast32_t, etc.). sys/types.h is a partial replacement, but some
things such as intmax_t and the least/fast variants aren't implemented
in 4.x so if you need those, you're in for some pain.
