Which list sends all non-ports PRs? The problem with "dd of=file-on-msdosfs oseek=large" is understood and believed fixed. It was caused by a bug flushing buffers which msdosfs exercised by creating too many buffers. I don't know anything about the main bug in the PR. Bruce
