No, there are a few intersted people thinking about adding it
though.  There is 16 bit support in nv.  If you do add 16 bit
support please mail the appropriate code back to the author.

I have a distribution of all the necessary code you would need
to do this.  Pick up:

	ftp://ftp.cs.uwm.edu/pub/FreeBSD/m-src.tar.gz

It contains the proper versions of tk/tcl for use with vic/vat 
as well as nv and a bunch of other stuff.
