The ZIP format used by PKZIP and friends?

Why not ask PKWARE.  Last I heard, they have a few utility libraries
available.  I think they're pretty cheap too.

If you can't find a way to contact them, let me know.  PKWARE is local
here in Milwaukee.  :-)
