WP8/Linux starts in about 2 seconds when you have everything right. There are conflicts when you have ports closed and it hangs trying to connect to a service or something. There was a comment by Grog and a follow up by the person with a similar problem. It had to be here on stable in the last week or so. FWIW, I installed the commercial release on 4.0-Stable in the last week.
