There are some issues with the sk0 onboard ethernet (Marvell 88E8001), and RAID may be tricky/not supported using the onboard SATA controller, though I haven't tried it personally. You should use 5.x instead of 4.x, in this case use 5.4-RELEASE. IIRC 4.x doesn't completely support the hardware. - jt
