 Problem workaround:
 add 'hint.acpi.0.disabled="1"'
 into /boot/device.hints
 
 add 'acpi_load="NO"'
 into /boot/loader.conf
 
 (I'm not sure which one actually helped to disable ACPI).
 
 After reboot system behaves normally without irq crazyness.
