I have the Sandisk SDDR-05 which does not work (it's not actually a Sandisk, but some other party and due to some licensing agreement no specs can be released). There's another one, the SDDR-05a (I think) that looks the same and does work. Also the SDDR-31 (I think, can't check at the moment) works as well. If you search the archives for "SDDR" you'll find the posts. Mine only cost about $30... and works just like any removable disk as far as FreeBSD is concerned.
