Well the ports Makefile for apcupsd contains the line: LIB_DEPENDS= intl.4:${PORTSDIR}/devel/gettext But the pkg-plist for gettext doesn't mention intl.4, the closest is lib/libintl.so.4 It looks like the port for apcupsd may need updating.
