Is it the case that DBI is broken *because* it depends on pRPC, or does it have problems of it's own? After quite a search on the FreeBSD site I was unable to get any info on what may be wrong with the modules, or any idea of the time-span for a fix. I should add that I am a total beginner at Perl, and these modules are 'required' by a package that I have been asked to install for a demonstration. Regards, Harry.
