The anti-spam stuff is much more integrated and easier to operate in 8.9.1, and we can modify our freebsd.mc to not astonish anyone if there is a strong feeling for retaining the status quo "relay everything" default. Since you can run your existing /etc/sendmail.cf, this upgrade should be less inconvenient for folks than bind 8.x. If there are non-technical issues which will preclude integration into -current for a long period of time let me know and I'll consider making a port or hacking rc.conf to let you specify the sendmail of your choice... -Chris (recent Internet spam king :( On Sat, 18 Jul 1998, Dima Ruban wrote: > Hey guys! > > Is there somebody who's gonna commit sendmail 8.9.x into -current/-stable > before 2.2.7? > > -- dima > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe cvs-all" in the body of the message
