Are you suggesting that it should undo MIME when someone sends a MIME-encoded message? What should it do with the parts? The trailer is already added as just plain text if the message was plain text; the MIME magic only happens if the original message was MIME. Let's just disallow anything but text/plain on the mailing lists; that way nobody with broken MIME mail readers will get inconvenienced. Bill
