The absence of the "well-known interaction starting point" is one of them. Re-learning things has never been a great strength in "Windows" land, but maybe a radical change in usage paradigm isn't that bad. Also architectural changes (e. g. abandoning decades of legacy) are welcome by supporters and also by programmers.
