I get % xset +fp . xset: bad font path element (#23), possible causes are: Directory does not exist or has wrong permissions Directory missing fonts.dir Incorrect font server address or syntax % cat fonts.dir 0 % ls -laod . fonts.dir drwxr-xr-x 2 eitan eitan - 14336 May 23 18:54:55 2010 ./ -rw-r--r-- 1 eitan eitan - 2 May 23 18:55:32 2010 fonts.dir -- Eitan Adler
