I believe they use full virtual machines via Xen now instead of jails, so my input on their system administration is of little use to you. There were a few kerfuffles, although customer service did seem very responsive. There was downtime due to a RAID controller failure, and my account was credited for it. Since system administration is still on you though, so you might also consider a dedicated server elsewhere if you can push the budget up to at least $50/mo. RJ Herrick unwoven.net
