CVSUP does not preform any stable updates. Ports and doc however are done. My refuse file is the same as the sample refuse file with the ports/ entries uncommented. >How-To-Repeat: Move sample refuse file into /usr/sup. Uncomment port entries. Run cvsup against stable support tree. No updates should occur. Delete or rename refuse file, rerun cvsup.
