failed PCM : vat failed to set the output volume so check
/dev/mixer

lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel        11 May 20 07:59 /dev/mixer -> /dev/mixer0

rat is robust audio tool and we don't have it yet.
is okay is supposed to take into account delayed or missing packets
by double encoding the packets :

[pcm packet | previous lpc packet]

For now don't worry about rat.
